They are fast but not very knowledgeable.
Not to mention they have nurses that like to gossip right in front of your face.
Not to mention they screwed up on my insurance information and it ended up on my credit report that they claim they will fix because the staff never entered my insurance info in the system.
Let me not forget that the heavyset nurse today had the balls to call the police.on me today due to something I said as a figure of speech that DID NOT break the law.
I have since gone to my primary care who is cleaning up the mess this guy made. Nurses and staff are awesome and other Doctors appear to be competent. But the Director acts like a no it all, one size fits all, type of guy and he is in charge. So you really can’t get around the fact that the most blah person is the boss. I am very disappointed in the center and will not be returning. Tbh I believe he is dangerous and based on my interactions malpractice is inevitable for this guy.
I used to love this organization. However I went a few times over the last month and had some really bad experiences. Originally went for extremely sore throat and symptoms consistent with the flu. The Director assumed I had the flu prescribe pseudoephedrine and cough syrup. Cough syrup was strange bcs I didn’t have a cough and it was without codeine so it wasn’t for sleep. Went back the next day bcs the pain in my throat was too severe and the next Doctor was great, said I had an ear infection and prescribed an antibiotic. So a day later I had an infection in my ear that possibly came from whatever was in my throat, but it was not there the day before? Felt great a day later took meds for 10 days.
Stay very very very far away. Went here with a suspected shoulder dislocation. My 2 year old could have preformed a more comprehensive medical exam. The "doctor" asked me to try to reduce the confirmed dislocation myself and to show her how it is done....what?!? Needless to say I immediately left for the hospital.Then to top it off after paying my co-pay, I was billed as if this facility is an emergency room (it is an urgent care) for an additional $300.00. Here I am months later being sent to collections for money I do not owe. This business is crooked and deserves 0 stars...but the lowest option is 1 star so thats that. This is a scam, and a waste of money and time. Please seek medical advice and attention elsewhere.
Visited this place because of high blood pressure 149/104- I'm a 19 year old female, how normal is that ? Me and my family were received in a really rude manner, mom, sister, grandma, and aunt. While I was being seen by the nurse my mom ask'a me a question in Spanish and the nurse had the nerve to ask what was our nationality? Very rude nasty and racists! The doctor tells me that there was nothing he could do for me and to just follow up with my primary doctor. Went home with a high blood pressure and only spent about 10 minutes in that place. Horrible service !! Don't even think about this place !!!
Two weeks later went back for burning urine. Thought I had a kidney stone or some condition developed from taking antibiotic. Maybe allergies, fungus, etc. Got the Director again who said that men do not get fungal conditions, they’re not caused by antibiotics and was certain I had Chlamydia. Explained that I was not sexually active in over a month. Still he gave me the Big C! Took urine and treated me for chlamydia for some reason even though quick read of urine showed blood in urine. Would not discuss the logic behind his diagnosis or prescription was kinda take it or leave it. Results came back no STD and this guys did not recommend an ultrasound or some kinda scan to see where the blood was coming from. In fact I didn’t even know he saw blood until the nurse told me nearly one week after he took the urine sample and I complained about visible blood in my urine, that I can now see.

I cut my hand and needed stitches. I first went to Christiana Hospital.There was a 3 hour wait. I also have a $150 ER Co-pay. I googled urgent care facilities nearby and thank goodness Newark urgent care was open at 10pm. I went there and was seen within 5 minutes and the Dr. was working on suturing me in less than 10 mins. What an awesome place! Professional and courteous. My urgent care Co-pay is $25! Love this place and its open 24 hours!
