I have been going here since I was 16, at their Middletown office. They were great for basic initial needs when I was a teenager. I was recently pregnant and that experience changed drastically. I started going to the Newark office, because I moved, and I didn't feel like I mattered everytime I went in for my monthly, or later on , weekly visits. My doctor would mistake me for another patient or rush me out of my apt. Now, after having my child, I have been trying for 3 months, yes, 3 MONTHS, to get my birth control refilled. They only do a messaging system and have not given me a call back for questions or anything, and I left well over 5 messages! Absolutely ridiculous.
