Fantastic experience all around. After considering the options I had, I decided to give Ideal Image a shot and I’m very pleased. The treatments have been very effective, and the customer service was great. It wasn’t the most comfortable thing for me, but they made me feel right at home. Great team all around and great results!
I purchased a package during their Grand Opening of a new location. I have only had two of my nine treatments and will have my third next month. The treatments for my legs are spaced out between 10-14 weeks and you just make your next appointment when you come in for a treatment. I am super busy and even with a planner, I forget about my appointments. A girl always calls me about a week in advanced to remind me- thank goodness! I am SUPER pleased with my results so far. I have only had to shave once since my first treatment and it was just a few hairs here and there. I have medium-light skin and darker hair. So worth it!! They have the best staff and nurses. I love the spa feeling and it always smells amazing in there. The first time I was in there, they had cookies out so I was able to enjoy that with a cup of coffee while I waited for my treatment.
Selecting Ideal Image for hair removal was the right decision. The experience has been a stellar one. During the consultation, everything was explained up front with patience and accuracy. And each procedure has been precisely executed, as described. The staff is also exceptionally professional, friendly, and engaging, and the facility clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this location and team for anyone considering laser treatments.

Love this place! Started laser hair removal in 2014 because I was embarrassed to have such dark unwanted hair. The atmosphere is spa like. The treatment providers are all nurses or nurse practitioners or physicians assistants and are very knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff and management are just as welcoming and friendly. They were able to give me my confidence back and I no longer have to worry about the hair because it’s gone! I did have to visit them recently for a touch up and their new clinic is amazing! The touch up fee was reasonable and I learned it is locked in and transferable to any other Ideal Image in the USA in case I ever move! I highly recommend them!
I have worked with multiple members of their staff at the Delaware location and every experience has been quite pleasant. When I walked in for the very first time, I was immediately greeted with a smile from the front desk girl (I can't remember her name but she was very sweet) and then I was introduced to their sales consultant. I was nervous about buying a package and then being surprised by "The FINE print", but there is no fine print. The consultant had the best personality and had explained everything about my package to the T so that there were no surprises. My next encounter was with one of their nurses. By far, she is the BEST nurse I have ever come across. Not only is she funny and sweet, she is patient. I have anxiety and for my first treatment my anxiety was out-the-roof high. I was terrified that getting a laser treatment was going to be the most painful thing. My nurse truly has the gift of making someone feel calm. She has a sense of humor and told me that on certain areas, it will feel "spicy" but not too "spicy". I have never heard someone explain a laser as spicy. it was just the funniest thing ever and had me laughing the entire time. Before I even noticed, she had flipped me over, I felt a few more "spicy" zaps and I was done.
