The salesman was nice, even though he never mentioned what the original price was only the sale price. Delivery of mattress went ok until they were going to remove my old water bed (drained). They would not take the bladders, only the fabric sleeve around them. And they decided it was best that I keep the box supports, even though I have a platform bed that supported a king size waterbed. After one night and looking on the web I found I was right and we didn't need the extra boxes. My first call to them to have them removed went unanswered. I finally talked to them 3 days later and was told that since the boxes had been outside (anticipating pickup was already arranged) they would not pick them up. Free take away of my old mattresses wasn't and now I need to deal with them another way. Last time shopping at R&F.
