Valenda shouldn't be fired! I can understand a bad day but a nnasty rude and ignorant attitude was over the top. She refused to help me and used a rude robotic tone.... we are swamped and I don't have time for you. I said you are really being rude she said Yeah well I'm doing what what manger said and her voice was the most unprofessional awful tone. I'm sure calling her manger won't help if she hires horrific employees like this. This store every time I'm there has the rudest employees I've ever came across, Pottery Barm you need to address this employees atttitude.
