Delaware Modern Dental had been highly recommended to me. I went there for my first visit & i was extremely pleased. When i entered the office I was warmly greeted & i was taken on time. Dr May, explained to me what she was going to do & what she found, which totally put me at ease. Michelle, the Dental Hygenist, was amazing. It was the very best teeth cleaning i have ever had. It was so easy.
Didn't commit to their own policy about informing the patient BEFORE a procedure about insurance and how much they'll pay out and what I'm supposed to be. They just do it and bill you and expect you to just surrender when they're just scam artists without the creativity and not even as if they're so amazing with patients! They're repugnant, go anywhere else, save yourself the grief or raise hell!
I needed to have a cavity filled,& Dr. May really listened to me when i explained that it takes a long time for the novacaine to work. My tooth is fixed & it didn't hurt. I will definitely return to this office. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were friendly, & best of all, did a great job. It made going to the dentist pleasant.
I can not rave enough how wonderful Dr. May and her staff are at Delaware Modern Dental. The front desk is always so kind and friendly. They always have the answers that I need. I have seen both hygienists at the office and I can honestly say they are 2 of the industries best. Dr. May's work is above and beyond. She made sure I was comfortable through out my entire procedure. Everyone at Delaware Modern Dental has made my dental experiences better than I have ever had in the past.
I absolutely love Delaware Modern Dental. Dr. May is so gentle and does fantastic work. I have had implants placed, cavities filled, cleanings and a night guard made and Dr. May's work is beautiful. The staff is so friendly, the office is so modern, hence their name and you don't even need to leave your chair to get an xray! I highly recommend DMD and Dr. May and feel so luck to have found them!
By far the best dental experience that I've had in my lifetime. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to explain every procedure has actually made my visits enjoyable! Dr. May and her entire staff are always smiling and friendly which is rare in this business. I highly recommend a visit to Delaware Modern Dental--you will be pleasantly surprised!
