I wouldn't wipe my ass with the staff in here. Incompetent and they think they're all that with some bad attitudes. Took a whole month to get an appointment, get in there and wait 45 minutes just to tell me my son couldn't be seen because it took them too long to contact my insurance. I'm sorry, who's problem is that? Not mine. As for the old rude lady up front who had attitude for days, she needs to be let go. She can't even seem to use the computer properly so it's no wonder she couldn't get my info in time. What a shame, we really liked the dentist. However after "being removed" from their office for cursing her out for her nonsense, I was able to get an appointment with Crescent Dental Associates THE VERY SAME DAY, instead of waiting a month for a cramped waiting room, dirty toys and books, rude staff and long wait times for no reason. What a shame.
We always have a great experience at Collins Dental. The staff are always so nice and they take time to answer any questions.
When I arrived the woman at the front desk, Vicki, was less than enthusiastic. Fine. She was huffing and puffing and maybe it was an off day. I tried to pay for my co-pay by my mother over the phone, and Vicki agrees and takes the number back to process it. Then comes back to tell me she won't process it because she "doesn't know me" and is concerned about credit card fraud. This was extremely odd to me because I had my mother on the phone to give them all the card information. This woman had all of our social security numbers, insurance info, the whole shabang but now she won't take my money.
At this point I'm done and ready to just leave with my aching tooth and she leaves and comes back to tell me "whatever I'll just take the card, but I'm not touching it, you have to do it cause I'm not getting in trouble" I cannot believe this was my one and only experience here. Such a horrendous front desk person who is representing this office. Truly sad.
Luckily for me, Miss Janet and Dr. Tibbetts were incredibly nice and pleasant and I appreciated all their help today and making the remainder of my time there worth while.
So, I desperately needed my wisdom tooth checked out today and these people could squeeze me in the week before Thanksgiving for which I was grateful. I spoke to Amber on the phone and she was so incredibly helpful and pleasant. She helped me set up my emergency appointment and took all of my information. Perfect.

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and respectful. I look forward to my dentist appointments!!
She asks if I have a different way to pay, so I take out my fiancée's credit card and she rolls her eyes and says she won't process that either and "why can't he drive here???" I'm embarrassed at this point that I obviously don't have the money they want and I tell her, we only have one car. She says "you really don't have a bank card??" I tell her: I do, but I'm a stay at home mom and I don't have that kind of money on it, so my fiancée gave me his card.
