Their customer service is above and beyond. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The work they do on your bike is top notch and reasonable. The store is aesthetically pleasing. I go out of my way to give them business because of who they chose to be... I'd recommend Trek over Wooden Wheels hands down.
Great experience. Spoke to John who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was set on the Fuel EX 5 but was torn between the 19.5 and 21.5 frame sizes (I'm 6'1" and change). After going back and forth and riding both in the parking lot and making some minor adjustments I ended up purchasing the 21.5 frame bike. I'll be back in the future. Tnx guys
