My husband and I brought our documents to Chris to do our taxes and he stated that he would be leaving to go on vacation the friday prior to taxes being due but he would definitely have ours completed. He NEVER contacted to tell me he didn't complete them and left the country. I had to call and call and he finally sent me a text that he was in Jamaica and didn't complete them so he requested an extension. He never informed me that I needed to make an estimated payment or any other info. I had a huge penalty because he didn't communicate or do what he promised us he would. The year prior I reached out to him several times to do my taxes and he didn't respond at all. I wouldn't recommend this company.
