My husband and I brought our documents to Chris to do our taxes and he stated that he would be leaving to go on vacation the friday before taxes were due but he would have ours completed prior to him leaving. He NEVER contacted me to tell me he didn't do them and left the country. I tried contacting him several times and finally he sent me a text that he ran out of time and he didn't file but filed an extension. He gave me no estimated payment etc so I ended up with a huge penalty to pay because he never communicated anything to me. I wouldn't recommend this company.
I have been a client of this company for about 4 years I love their service, the fees are reasonable and stays the same for the most time. Chris is so accurate in preparing our taxes I will trust no one but him with my taxes. We have seen many accountants they are notorious for having outrageous fees I strongly recommend this company.
