BEWARE!!!I am giving this company 1 star only because there is no option for less. This is a scam artist company, they will quote you one price and then after you make all of your plans they will just cancel your reservation and tell you that if you want to rent that same property the price is twice the amount that you were quoted. They're customer service is absolutely horrific. I would never deal with this company again.
I rented a vacation home through Ideal Property Solution at the end of July 2016, it was amazing. To say the least, accommodations were fantastic. We will repeat this for years to come.

We rented a cottage managed by Ideal Solutions on Broadkill beach. The place is a wreck and the advertisement totally misleading on VRBO. Beware !

I have never had an experience with another company that was as bad as what I experienced with these people. If I need a house that need management I would steer clear of these people. I would also never rent a house that they managed. Worst customer service you can imagine after they cancel reservations and double the cost of a property without notice
