Pinnacle Energy replaced our siding with the Duraside product that includes an integral Styrofoam backing for adding strength and insulation value. Their quality of work is excellent. The siding was installed in a very neat fashion; no shortcuts taken. They hid various cables / wires that had been routed on the outside of my old siding, too, making the house look even better. They included new gable vents with the installation and we also got new shutters for the front windows. They showed up on time each day (took 2 days to finish the job). The siding is warranted for the life of the home through the manufacturer, too. They were flexible with the financing on the project, too. My only issues are: cleanup could have been a bit better; they got rid of the vast majority of the debris, but I'm finding a lot of nails that could have been picked up if a magnetic sweeper had been used - I don't think it was. Plus there is a downspout they removed and reinstalled that is not properly secured. I've been waiting around a month to get that resolved; I'm sure they will but it's taking a while. I would use this company again in the future.

A little over a month after moving in, I needed to replace the roof. It was a flipped house and they made the home look pretty but under the skirt it needs works because the major parts have not been updated since 1988.

One day Pinnacle Energy had reps passing out flyers in my neighborhood for free estimates. Most times I say no when I get those knocks on my door but this time I didn't because I was in need of a roof. I called and got an appointment very quickly. The person I had the privilege of working with was Eric Lake. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. He was so personable too! He also told me about their windows which I will need to replace next. I loved......what he showed me but at this time I can't get them but I did get the roof. Deiter was the scheduling person for this job and he was very nice as well and kept me informed about when the job was going to start due to inclement weather. They got the job done in one day and cleaned up very nicely. I am very pleased with my roof and can't wait until I am able to get those windows.
Pinnacle replaced my roof and siding last week, I couldn't be happier! Work was quick, clean, and the foreman did a walk through with me and my wife at the completion of the roof and siding replacements to make sure I was happy and satisfied with everything done - that was a big plus that I really liked! Pricing was fair and everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. Their production department even worked with me to get the roofing and siding scheduled rather quickly to match the dates I had already taken off from work - very grateful. I can't think of anything that I wasn't pleased with or had a problem with, therefor I would absolutely recommend them to my family, friends, and would use them again myself.
