Henry (the plumber) fixed our sink, and was thorough about it. I also appreciate that he invested some time walking me through the ins and outs of what he was doing. The extra insight would save me from a future visit for this particular problem. He represents RotoRooter very well.
Great service from Lee. Not cheap but Lee arrived at 5:45pm, about an hour after I called and fully resolved the issue (main sewer clog.) Satisfied.
Henry and Roto-Rooter were incredibly professional and helpful. They came out late at night, and told me what a quick fix would cost vs. a permanent fix. We decided to go the permanent route, and Henry was back the next day to replace the pipe. He also spent a lot of time taking off our rusted trash disposal, and replaced all the parts he could on it.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. When we woke up to a backed up sewer on a Saturday, I thought it would be impossible to get someone out to fix it! Roto Rooter was able to make a same day appointment AND arrived within two hours of my initial call. Our technician Mike W. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He talked my husband through everything he was doing and didn't leave until the job was complete (also, this was all done outside in the SNOW). Mike did a great job. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. I figured going with a "bigger" company we might get a hefty charge, but it ended up being the lowest quote we received! Thanks again! Will definitely use again in the future!!!
