The only complaint is that I notice maybe the manger standing around she didn't speak to anyone or smile !! She was micromanaging the staff she had on black pants & red shirt with a walkie talkie on her hip I made eye contact on two seperate occasions she still didn't greet me .Very uncomfortable she was in the front office & back hallway never greeted anyone that I saw.
The wait was a little long since there was only one provider on duty. Aside from that , staff was professional and competent .
The medical staff was awesome fast explaining every detail she knew the job very well a pleasure !!
The Front Desk Clerk was amazing she was very efficient able to muti-task . Giving each patient undivided attention -RGross
All the employees who are working here are very pleasant to deal with. I am going to try to use this location whenever I need to. I was in and out in 15 minutes! You can't beat it.
I called to make an appointment & was informed I could walk-in. I was informed that my appointment should be about 1 1/2. After completing more paperwork, I sat for almost an hour before I was seen. My 1 1/2 appointment turned into a 2 hr & 45 minute appointment. I'm glad I took the afternoon off.
I was taken in for my appointment quickly. Staff was polite and professional. They were very organized
