Perhaps you should hire friendlier people!! The past few times Ive gone in the employees have been very rude!! They don't know how to say excuse me when walking by. They will literally push you out of the way! My husband and I took our children in yesterday(9/17/17) to purchase a rabbit. The employee walking around with the bird on her shoulder is the reason why we didn't purchase. My daughter was looking at the hedgehog when this employee walks up and stands right infront of her as if no one was standing there!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!
Love this place, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Its the only place we get our dogs food and stuff . My daughter loves to check out the dogs. They let her play with them for a little bit. As long as they are not busy they don't care at all if u pet them.
We purchased an albino leopard gecko and a ball python and the staff was super helpful and always available to answer questions. Tyler and the manager Mike helped us with the purchase of our ball python and getting all the necessary supplies. Both reptiles we purchased are friendly and full of personality.
I’ve been going here for many years and have yet to be disappointed. The staff has always been very helpful during friendly. My daughter and I always get smiles even though she will want to hold as many snakes as possible for as long as possible. :)
Me and my girlfriend went to pet smart to get some guinea pigs. We got 2 and looked online and fed them all the necessary foods and vegetables. One was skinny and small but we just thought she would get bigger. 10 days later we find that she had passed away. Petsmart wanted me to bring in the dead guinea pig in to get a refund but we already buried it but they gave us a refund anyway. So we got concerned that our other one might be sick too. When i was at petsmart one of the ladies told me that i needed to return the other one and then the vet there would check it out and then i would need to buy it again which didn't make sense. I called again and explained my situation and the lady on the phone wasn't even paying attention. I said guinea pigs twice and she started talking about fish. Also she didn't even listen when i mentioned one of them died. Finally i call again and ask for a manager to see if they can check out my other guinea pig and she says yes and transfers me over to the vet department of the store and they tell me they can't do it. So I call up Pet Care and the guy on the phone was really nice and he told me he would look at my guinea pig for free. We go there and he was very knowledgeable and nice and we ended up getting another guinea pig from there. He told us that pet smart probably took our small guinea pig away from its mother too early and that's why she was skinny and passed away. I highly recommend this store over pet smart any day and i couldn't be happier with the way I was treated.
We love taking our bird there to be groomed and checking out all the newest additions they have.
