Affordable apartment, the price increase on a yearly basis. Overall environment is great.

not bad not great wouldn't be here if i wasn't going to UD

but better stay away because :

Lived here 08-09

It is housing that is affordable, and it looks as tho the grounds are definitely kept clean...

Sometime the houses are dirty even if you take a new lease. Better stay away

Better than Pinebrook but thats not saying a whole lot. The 2 bed room has a decent layout with plenty of space. New management seems to be on the ball but the new lease setup is not so great for me at least. They are including utilities now and charging per person which increases the rent by just under 300 a month (now utilities included of course). If we subtract out the utilities (mine are 180 with upgraded cable but no phone) that still leave 120 in the bank, their bank.

the hallways smell terrible, laundry facilities are too expensive and inefficient, management is extremely rude ( as rude as you can think of), you can see strange people loitering in the parking lots in the night. I have seen Police cars often in the night particularly the area around the graveyard.

I imagine the other reviews are for the nearby Studio Greene apartments, formerly under different management but never, to my knowledge, under the name Park Place Park. Anywho, the park is fine, and it is totally hidden behind Studio Greene, with just a narrow strip of land leading from Lehigh Rd and a tiny sign telling you it is public park land and not just Studio Greene's lawn. It's actually a nice flat field with good run-off, which makes it great for croquet, and there is a nice woodsy area in back. Also of note, I have lived across the street for more than six years and I have been th'only one I've ever seen using it, so you'll prolly have some privacy.

To sum it up...

Apartment wise they are old and have small issues but maintenance is fast and courteous. The office staff is... well they do their job. Neighbors range from quiet foreign students, to low income families, to loud college students, and of course me in the average college student category.

The only good thing is that the apartments are large and cheap.
