Big and clean park near Route 72 and Paper Mill Road in Newark. It is a great place to have a picnic, play basketball, walk around the trails, or just relax near the trees and tables.
Love this park. Nice walking trails. Great playground equipment (toddler and big kid area). A peanut shaped pond with bass and sunnies. Basketball courts. Open fields. A backstop and two picnic areas. A wonderful place to spend some time outside with great people.
Awesome bike trails, and lots of options! Trails are well maintained and also offer ramps of all kinds and challenging alternate paths.. Never too crowded, except on Saturdays (that's a given). Very Active park. Beautiful area, easy to get to, bonus: breakfast food trucks on Saturday mornings!

Nice medium sized park with a walking path around the perimeter. Several sports fields and a clean children's playground on the backend. Also several pavilions that I am sure can be rented. Portapotties and plenty of parking. Can't miss this park as it is right on the corner of an active intersection.
