The first time i went to this location since they moved off of limestone road was so bad. We ordered our food, waited a while, watched it get put in the metal heater behind the pick up desk, watched the lady at the pick up desk talk/gossip/carry on.. do everything but her job until she decided to do her job and get our food. Shows us our food and there barely any sauce on our wings. Instead of waiting even longer we just got to go sauces for our wings. Get home and our food is cold. This experience upset me because I've never had a bad experience with BWW when they were located on limestone road. The inside is nice but that's it. customer service went down hill.

The new building has great seating. The food is still average. The female manager could be seen walking around the whole time we were there. She stopped a few times to make sure everything was okay. When we did have a problem she corrected it immediately. The wing prices were already overpriced and now they just raised them again. The booths have their own private televisions.

What an amazing experience. This place was fantastic. The service was amazing. Kurrie did a great job, she was so fast and so polite. This will be our new place to watch Sunday football.
I would honestly think new location, the take out service would be fast, food hot, but nope. $45.00 for cold wings and mozzarella sticks.

I like this location better than the others. You could actually have a conversation with others rather than fighting to hear over the loud TV's everywhere. Food is decent but when I ordered an Irish coffee they told me they were out of coffee. We got the chocolate cake to go but never gave us the ice cream or even bother to mention that they omitted it even though their menu says otherwise.
