Whack fat old grumpy white guy wanna get smart because he doesn't know how to help his own customer instead got smart so I left not spending my money here loser! Next time learn how to communicate pig! Im out.
Seriously not just bad customer service but horrible manager working 11/24. We paid for extra spinach on our pizza but got 4 pieces of spinach. This isn’t the first time. Last time they left it off completely. When I called to talk to the manager he said “it’s under the cheese”. I told him we looked and he insisted it was. He then said “what do you want me to do? Give you a couple dollars?” Seriously, won’t ever use this store again. You have one job. Make a pizza. Might try some customer service mr manager. Upper management should definitely look into how their customers are treated. I see I’m not the only review on here with one star.
Delivery driver arrived promptly and was polite. However, the toppings and sauce on my pasta were very limited.
If you're gonna place an order for delivery....DON'T. The driver of a blue Ford focus is so rude and demands a tip!! I have ordered from here for years and he's been the only problem. He tried to harass me me into giving a tip once he delivered my food....I asked for his name and he told me don't worry about it and only gave his managers name. This place was always so friendly and the only person that made not wanna come back for business is the delivery driver. I just want more professionalism as far as being a business..is that too much to ask for?!?!
I placed an order and they closed before they fulfilled an order. They closed up and charged my credit card. I tried to contact them in reference to my charges but they did not answer the phone.
