Great experiences every time I've been in the store--- the employees are so courteous and actually help you, unlike many other stores now where you cannot even find someone to ask a question if you have one. The last time I was there, I had taken a picture of an area I wanted to organize, and the sales associate was able to give me the perfect recommendations for what to get to make things work more smoothly. Yes, as others have stated, some of the items can be expensive, but they are all good quality, many are actually made in the USA, and the things I've had from here have help up and look perfect even after a few years. I have to spread out my trips here, but I absolutely love TCS and especially this branch.
The customer service here is exemplary. They have many nice things for the person who likes to be organized. It is just insanely overpriced.
And when they do a demonstration, it's worth making a trip to check them out. You'll learn something, and might even be inspired to buy something! I went to one of their travel demos and learned how to pack for a couple of weeks using one carry-on suitcase.
Wonderful storage and travel solutions. A great place to visit when you need inspiration or suggestions. Their prices are on the high side, but their sale and clearance prices are good, and they sell high-end items.
Excellent concept, we bought custom elfa closets for our home and office and they are great.

I am surprised to see so many good comments. Sure they have nice things, sure their customer service is good, but they are WAY OVER PRICED. I cannot stress this enough... WAY OVER PRICED. Anyone at the register checking out has obviously never been to a Wal-Mart or K-Mart or IKEA or any homegoods store where you can find the same exact things for more than half off the item being sold. Like seriously, a foot stool for 300 dollars? No moral human can justify that price. A plastic container for 40 dollars, a bungee computer chair (which looks like the weight limit is 100 lbs) for 120 dollars, and small hanging wrack for 30 dollars. I'm sorry but there is NO REASON to price your things that high. You can get the same stuff (if not BETTER) at Wal-Mart, Target, etc. and not break into your savings account or spend your money needlessly. By purchasing ANYTHING here, you're being careless with your money and/or you just have too much money and don't know what to do with it. Will never step foot in this store again.
