Easily the best butcher shop in New Castle County. No one really comes close until you get to Hoss's in Dover, or Hickman's down in Lewes. They are very talented in fabricating specialty items like turduckens, they have great quality beef, and awesome service.

Excellent, friendly service. Just had the "Matthew" sandwich. Turkey breast, gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato, homemade dill sauce with a side of potato salad and pickle. Definitely going back to try the "Sandra" Beef Brisket Sandwich. Herman's Meat Shoppe is a gem in Newark.
Wonderful and Informative Staff. The Steak that was prepared for me was just out of this world. I cooked it at Medium Rare Temperature and it was just incredible.
