I wont go into detail but by far one of the rudest people ever! A little advice,pay for some extra help , get a website
I know that the florist changed hands but operating under the same name they should honor past purchases. My Mother prepaid $790.00 for flowers for her oun funeral several years back and i have the receipts showing her order and payment. She recently passed and when i called the florist to schedul the flowers they would not honor the request. Lost the money and have no flowers for the funeral. Even if they changed hands they kept the name and reputaion. Due to my having recipes showing payment they should have worked with me to honor my mothers request. Would not use their services or recommend others to use their services.
Worse customer service I have experienced. I called at 11 am today for an early afternoon flower delivery for my wife, they told me they are going to get right on it. When I called about my order and said I was not happy because it did not get delivered until 4 40pm ...and that this was the third order this has happened, the OWNER said "I was a pain in the ass" and hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company, they don't care about their customers or their special needs!
Meanest lady in the world!!!! I called from Tampa fl today... trying to get some info to have my sister sent flowers for mothers day. They don't have a website. The lady I spoke with on the phone had the sorriest phone etiquette ever! More like the bedside manner of a stray cat with rabies!
I have been coming here for years and have yet to be disappointed. They are always willing to accommodate my last minute shopping with great prices and beautiful flowers. Hands down the best local flower shop in town.
