I was in the Christiana store and found a pair of $229. Boots there was a sign that said 30% off I walked up the sales associate and said these are 30% off and started to ask or a size she said no they are not 30% off we walked over to the sign that was on the table she said no your not getting the percentage off its only certain ones she said Iam taking the sign off because it’s been confusing customers all Day then she stormed off and stood behind the counter this mutt was very rude not only to but the other 2 customers just as confused as I was about the sign. I only gave 1 star because you have to other wise it’s really no stars
Every single person spoke to me when I walk through the door and as I walked through the store. everyone was so helpful. I was able to get in and get out quickly.
I went into this store with the intention of looking and trying out the mattresses and the very large man that works up there in that section came up to my wife and i and told us that if we were there to just browse we couldn't sit or touch the mattresses. He also refered to my Hispanic wife as a chica. The absolute worst service possible. Then his girlfriend who was sitting on one of the mattresses said, "you tell em how it is boo." I would recommend going anywhere else over this store. If they are going to hire employees like this then they do not deserve any customers. Maybe they can survive being a hangout for the employees and their friends.
I just wanted to send a special thank you to Sophie and Avery in the home department. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a fabulous calphalon nonstick cookware set. At a competitive price. I absolutely love my new set.
