They do offer paid vacuums too if you don't need your car washed.

I work for a transportation service and we bring our cars here to get washed, using the "unlimited" package they offer. The service is quick, friendly, and professional. If there is a line of cars, it moves fast and shouldn't take long.
Their car wash gets the road salt and dirt off my truck after a snow storm. Employees guide one through process and offer to put plastic wrap covering on rear wipers (I like this touch.) Also, offer free vacuums at the end of wash.
My only gripes are the vacuum suction could be better, and they don't offer free towels. Some places offer free towels to dry your car off with. I think they do offer them here, but you have to pay.
