We eat here 1- 2 times a week or more. bagels are second to none and everything is delicious. Employees are nice and helpful. Dining room is comfortable and clean.
Has fast become a staple of the weekend. Bagels are light and soft. Menu is interesting. Portions are very generous. Coffee is good. Ambience is homey, if a tad plain. Reasonably priced.
Good coffee, good food, slow service and hospitality is lacking. We were seated and left to figure out weather we had a waiter/ waitress, if we had to get our own coffee or did we get table service. After sitting at the table for 8 minutes we got up and got coffee, when we sat down, waited another 3 minutes , we were about to walk out when she walked over (the waitress) saying sorry, I thought he was going to serve you but since he didn’t I came over.. I was so ready to just walk out but instead we ordered, the food is very good. It’s a nice spot, I just think they need to retrain in manners and service.. Greetings your customers is a must and definitely good service matters.. not sure why we were treated that way but I feel it’s because we are a mixed couple.. I saw others being waited on and no one was treated like we were.. so who knows ... but the food is very good...
Great food and nice atmosphere. Heather and Marcus are very down to earth people... we know since our kids played together when they were younger.
My friends and I met up here every once in a while and it's always an excellent experience. Their food is a bit pricy, but it's very delicious: everything looks and tastes fresh and they have the BEST bagels. I like when I'm able to go up to the counter and order more than the restaurant style they switched to a couple years ago (if I could give 4.5 stars for this, I would). Still, it's my go-to place for meeting up with friends.
