Clean and organized. Helpful staff.
The staff during summer session has no clue what they're doing. They tried to say that i needed to return a book that was rented, or i would be charged full price. I didn't rent a book. I bought one at full price. This happened both summer sessions with the same employee. Unacceptable.
Excellent Barnes And Noble In Delaware University we had a beautiful time and a great bookstore and novelties and University clothing gear for school and for football fighting Blue Hens

Not as large as a true Barnes and Noble as it is also the school store. But the inside is quite nice and there is a Starbucks /lounge area.
