I'm not quite sure what happened with Reviewer Jessica, but I've been going to this bank for 4 years now and not once have I had any issues. The clerk's are timely, friendly and all around easy to work with. 10/1 0
Worst bank ever!!!! horrible customer service! I waited in line for 5 minutes and then was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes, and was moved to the back of the line because there was only 2 people working and they couldn't do my 4 deposits.... unacceptable !!!
Unbelievable. Teller made a cashier check of large amount without HER/HIS SIGNATURE. The customer is from out of state. I had to drive an hour here then back to correct this branch stupid mistake. I have been customer with WF for a long time and this is unacceptable.
